Communicatation Skills and Professional Presense – Dr. Gary Genard
You’ll be working with former professional actor Dr. Gary Genard, an expert in dentist-patient communication and the art of dental presentations. Dr. Genard will show you how to “live in the patient’s world” for maximum influence and case acceptances. He’ll work with you and your staff on communication issues and maximizing your team meetings. From message development to platform skills to strengthening your credibility and persuasiveness, he’ll make your presentations of all types more powerful and memorable.

Choose to work with Dr. Genard at Dental Communications Group’s Boston office or your practice location worldwide. Dr. Smith is available for telephone consulting and private coaching in Boston. Private coaching/training includes learning modules; simulations and role-plays of case presentations, patient responses, and dental team issues; and direct-to-DVD videotaped practice with evaluation and critiques.
